Spy Museum Berlin


The Spy Berlin Museum is a private museum in Berlin that was opened to the public on 19 September 2015.

It is located at Leipziger Platz, directly at the Berlin Potsdamer Platz station.

The museum shows in an interactive and multimedia exhibition the history of espionage and secret services all over the world.

Particular attention is paid to espionage activities in Berlin during the Cold War.

Spy Museum BerlinIn an exhibition space of 3,000 m² (32,000 square meters) the museum displays more than 300 exhibits from its inventory consisting of more than 1,000 collection and loan objects.

The exhibition presents, for example, an original enigma, rare CIA video cameras and props from James Bond films.

The collection consists mainly of originals and is supplemented by replicas.

The presentation of the exhibitions is supported by installations.

Most exposures can be experienced from 360 ° touchscreens and many transparent LCD displays provided with information used.
