Cultural associations will manage parts of the "Il MATRIGNANO" building.
Founded in 1979 by the Provincial Public Reading Consortium of Bologna, the library initially also included a reading room in Vidiciatico. The building, owned by the municipality, dates back to the 1960s and was restored in 1995.

The Pro Loco of Lizzano in Belvedere, in the province of Bologna, has become the leader of an agreement between the municipal administration and some local cultural associations, which provides for the relocation of the library in Piazza Betti to the Colonia Ferrarese, the nearby building. to the new headquarters of the park just inaugurated.
