The Basilica of the Holy Spirit is located in Via Toledo, 402 Naples, it has become a great cultural center and since October 2017 it hosts "the terracotta army and the first Emperor" on display, thus becoming an art gallery.
It unfolds in 1600 square meters. it contains 12 chapels, six on each side, inside there are paintings by Santafede, Girolamo Imparato, Bernardino Siciliano, Framcesco de Mura and Fredele Fischetti.

The interior has a single Latin cross nave and represents a monumental and imposing Greek temple, with imposing fluted white columns, with the entablature with denticles relative to that of the classic eighteenth-century temple by Mario Gioffredo who conceives the restoration of the pre-existing sixteenth-century church just like a monumental neoclassical temple.
