There are major fashion brands such as Armani, Burberry, Fendi, Gucci, Saint Laurent and Tod's, sportswear brands, such as Nike, Adidas and Converse, and many other national and international brands, such as Coccinelle, Furla, Michael Kors and Moncler.
The shopping center is located between the city of Novi Ligure and Serravalle Scrivia, along the Strada Statale 35 bis dei Giovi. The works for the construction of the complex began in 1999 and ended in 2000, the year it opened.
Over the years, the Praga group, in partnership with the English company McArthur Glen, builder of the shopping center, has expanded the complex, creating other neighboring shopping centers: Serravalle Retail Park and the Serravalle (Iper) shopping center.
A Ferrari Store was also opened in 2007 (later replaced by other stores). In the summer of 2014, the expansion works of the Outlet began, which ended on November 10, 2016, bringing 70 new stores and creating 550 new jobs. The number of stores therefore rose to 225.
