The International Academy of Meaning of Poetry and Contemporary Art, a non-profit pole of free creation, research and signification of artistic language, in a training agreement with the University of Roma Tre, with the patronage of the Lazio Region, of Roma Capitale and of the Municipality of Canale Monterano, founder and president Prof. Fulvia Minetti, vice president Dr. Renato Rocchi, artistic director Antonino Bumbica, inaugurates the Academic Gallery of Contemporary Art at the Canale Monterano Art City of Rome in Via della Repubblica, 50 at the monumental sculpture by the artist Robert Cook on 4 September 2021 at 7.00 pm .
The Academic Gallery of Contemporary Art was born in opposition to the standardizing judgment and quantification of art and promotes the artist's freedom of creation. The exhibition in the show takes care of the critical analysis in aesthetic semiotics of the works, to enhance the sense of art and the exhibitions are an opportunity for fascinating journeys into the meanings of artistic expression. The critical presentations of Prof. Fulvia Minetti do not highlight the usual historical-cultural characteristics of the critical tradition, they do not force art into a process of inclusion and exclusion and they ignore the evaluative judgment, they are instead aimed at the recognition and enhancement of meaning. of art, for the celebration of the quality of creative expression. Art is cognitive movement, a balance of a conjunction of opposites, emotion and thought, for a rebirth of identity and the world in the becoming of the truth of life.
