Livelet Open Air Museum

The Livelet Educational Archaeological Park is an open-air museum in which it is possible to visit three reconstructed stilts, to discover daily life in the Neolithic, in the Copper and Bronze Age, between 6000 and 3500 years ago.

Its construction is inspired by the nearby pile-dwelling archaeological site of Colmaggiore, excavated between the late 80s and early 90s.

Visits to stilts are always guided by an archaeologist and can be combined with prehistoric themed workshops.

The park is open to the public on Sundays and public holidays from April to October, while by reservation it can be visited by schools and groups from February to November.

At Livelet History and Nature meet: it is located in the heart of the Vallata Lakes Park, characterized by a unique natural environment, to be discovered with excursions and walks.
