Small and recently opened, but nice and nice. We find this place along calle Crosera, just off the Vinanti bridge that crosses Rio de San Pantalon. It stands out for the "porte d'acqua" overlooking the canal (for those arriving by gondola) with a jetty without a parapet, on which the more daring and sober patrons venture out, enjoying an unusual perspective.
The managers Francesco and Davide are kind and prepared, after a past as architects they have launched into this adventure with passion. They offer quality wines to accompany sandwiches or platters of refined meats and cheeses, with a side dish of vegetables and aromatic herbs from the islands. All very good and fresh.
