The original ceramic plaque indicating this date, still placed on the entrance portal, suggests it. A first element that announces the precise will of the owners, Elena Novarino and Giovanni Rosso: to preserve the traces of the past. A meticulous renovation, for example, allowed to give new life to floors and ceilings of the time. Even the furnishings, selected one by one by Elena, are dated. Recovery as a modus operandi testifies to respect for Faletta's soul. A place surrounded by land suitable for viticulture: a document certifies that already in 1957 Faletta was awarded 500 thousand lire because it was considered an excellent winery.
