Located in Corno di Rosazzo, the historic wine production area of ​​Friuli, the villa of the Counts Zucco-Cuccagna is the current home of the Collavini winery. A great example of a fortified settlement from the 16th century, the restoration carried out by Manlio has transformed the manor house into a cellar and current family residence. The turret overlooking the walls to the west, once a sighting and control point on the surrounding countryside, still makes the extraordinary landscape visible, ranging from the rolling hills of Rosazzo to those of Collio, Ruttars and Cormons.

Leaving the Villa, in the direction of the production cellar, you can enjoy the colors and scents of the old "Turian" vineyard, a clone of yellow Ribolla planted on the same ancient agricultural appliances of the past. The careful recovery of tradition merges with the care of the vineyards and the important technological innovations adopted in the cellar, such as the horizontal autoclaves, where the Ribolla Gialla Brut ages for over 30 months, or the fruit cellar, a ventilated and low temperature environment, an ideal place for the drying of the best bunches.
