Memory generally recalls good memories, the nostalgia for something that no longer exists, a perfume, a flavor, a face, what we offer you starts from here, from a corner of the past that we have jealously guarded and preserved; from those Sundays in our homes, the memory of when we entered the kitchen and we were overwhelmed by unforgettable smells, the stuffing of the ravioli, the meat sauce that cooks slowly, the smile of the grandmother with the apron dirty with flour. We try with the same intention and putting the same passion of that time recovering the forgotten flavors.

On November 26, 2013 a wonderful adventure begins for us, we decide to abandon everything we had learned and start again from our dreams. If you grow up in a house where grandmother and aunts are old-fashioned housewives, any restaurant will never compare, so we decided to give our customers a bit of our home's flavor. The entire menu is handcrafted by us "as it once was".
