Once a boy from Parma, in Italy, decided to share his passion for cured meats, cheeses and lambrusco and the typical homemade pasta from all over Italy, but with a special eye to that of Parma. Covering the widest range of Italian cold cuts and cheeses exclusively from our restaurant, to be savored with our special dry red sparkling wine rigorously served in bowls.

Specialized in homemade first courses, including Anolini in broth and Parma herb tortelli, lasagna, gnocchi and gluten-free polenta from the rest of Italy. Tucked away in a quiet pedestrian street parallel to Charlotte Street, in lively Fitzrovia, in a rustic but elegant setting where a red Berkel slicer and a dangling salami give clear clues about where they came from.


Participant in the 3rd Edition of 2016-17 of the transmission 4Ristoranti by Alessandro Borghese in the fifth episode.
