Our kitchen is a lively and poetic cuisine. We want to introduce you to a territory, our land, through its scents and flavors using the love of food that distinguishes us as the first ingredient. We start from traditional recipes but we use modern techniques to make them.

All our fruit and vegetables are purchased from organic producers with particular attention to local production, seasonality and enhancement of the raw material. We like to personally choose the meats and cheeses to put on our cutting boards. We prefer local artisan products. We know the producers and tell you their stories and their successes.
