Ghea, a vegan restaurant in Milan, was born in December 2012 with the desire to bring people closer to a lifestyle in total harmony with nature, with the environment, in full respect of the delicate balance of the ecosystem. The restaurant is committed to transmitting, through perfectly sustainable and high quality cuisine, the awareness that everyone's food choices affect both the organism and health, and the entire planet and all living species that inhabit it. Following a philosophy derived from the knowledge of the value of life and nature, organic ingredients are used in the kitchen of the Ghea restaurant, without resorting to any substance or product of animal origin, and coming as much as possible from local sources of supply, with a menu that follows the rhythm and flavors of the seasons.

The cuisine of the Ghea restaurant is therefore vegan: a decision and a way of being that does not put limits on creativity, and on the contrary, on the contrary, enhances it, even for the benefit of those who are not vegans. With an in-depth work of exploration and knowledge of natural foods and vegetarian cooking techniques, Ghea has thus created a real gastronomic laboratory where the concept of vegetarian cuisine completely differs from the most widespread stereotypes and from the collective imagination in vegetarianism, focusing instead on an unprecedented and imaginative experimentation and a search for taste capable of offering pleasantly surprising results, even towards the most greedy and refined connoisseurs.
