Osteria Vecchio Borgo

Il Vecchio Borgo was born in 2010 in Demonte, in the Stura Valley. The desire to get back into the game after years of experience in catering pushes Antonietta, Anselmo and Valentino to open a family-run restaurant in which to enhance regional products. After years of intense activity, in 2015 the restaurant was moved to the historic center of Cuneo and the team was further enriched with Valentina's contribution to the kitchen.

Since then the restaurant has been constantly evolving to try to enhance the flavors of the Granda province and the Italian territory. To offer its customers the best quality, international products have been introduced from countries such as France and Iceland. The restaurant is mentioned in the 2019 edition of the MICHELIN Italy Guide, that of Espresso and Il Gatti Massobrio.

Participant in the 2nd Edition of 2015-16 of the transmission 4Ristoranti by Alessandro Borghese in the fifth episode.
