Subject of exhilarating elaborations and experimentation without limits, the pastry shop has constantly represented for him an intimate commitment, punctual and stimulating, to become a real point of reference both for the creation of new trends and for the reinterpretation of great classic desserts . Every day the pastry shop produces great specialties that accompany all the delicious moments of the day, from breakfast to dinner.


Among the thousands of bottles resting protected in a precious structure because built brick on brick with materials dating back over four centuries ago, also the "Rosso Faber", a wine strongly desired and designed to root even more feelings and work of the Cerea family , born under the Da Vittorio brand. In fact, its grapes come from the historic vineyard managed by Francesco Cerea. The "Rosso Faber" is a Bordeaux blend obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in the vineyard surrounding the Relais, a reminder of an agricultural tradition revitalized thanks to the replantings made with the most modern techniques.
