Dal Pescatore Santini

The Dal Pescatore restaurant was born in the 1920s. To open it were Antonio Santini and Teresa Mazzi. Antonio and Teresa married in 1926 and decided to open the restaurant together, which at the beginning was a simple tavern and was called "Wine and Fish".

Teresa was in the kitchen and Antonio was on the boat fishing and then among the tables to serve. It is from here, from this intimate harmony with the river and plain territory, that the soul of the restaurant was born, which has always been faithful to its origins since then. In 1970 the name of the restaurant changes and from "Wine and Fish" becomes the current "Dal Pescatore". A new story begins, in which continuity and innovation come together in an inseparable way.

The generation of Giovanni and Alberto is the one who has tasted the recipes, flavors and atmosphere of the restaurant since childhood and has appreciated and shared the work of parents and grandparents. Firmly linked to the treasure of experience transmitted by the three previous generations, with the freshness of age and ideas and in the spirit of this nutritious family continuity, Alberto, Giovanni and Valentina are the present-future of the restaurant. On 10 August 2014 Lorenzo was born Santini. The story continues.
