St. Hubertus

The restaurant has existed since 1996 and owes its name to the patron saint of hunters. At that time a small part of the then pizzeria was dedicated to Norbert Niederkofler's kitchen. On the one hand, the decision was born from the Pizzinini family who wanted an important restaurant to enter the Relais & Châteaux with the Rosa Alpina hotel. On the other hand, even guests became increasingly demanding.

In 2000 the first Michelin star arrives. This success of the restaurant in 2001 led to the elimination of the pizzeria and the restructuring of the restaurant. The tables have been placed very comfortably, leaving a generous space between one and the other. In the room there are only nine tables, the "chef's table" in a private room with a window towards the kitchen and a more secluded table near the open fireplace.

In 2007, the restaurant also received the second Michelin star and the Third Michelin star is recognized in the 2018 Michelin Guide.
