The museum is housed in the building purchased at the end of the nineteenth century by the General Association of Workers of Pinerolo to carry out its social activity there. Each room is dedicated to a theme, illustrated through a museum structure that aims to restore the emotionality and the system of interpersonal relationships characteristic of mutual associations. Not only a didactic setting, but a path made in order to allow the visitor to be able to enter the "climate" of Mutual Aid, as it was since the initial years.
In each room the visitor will find himself in the company of iconography and the symbolism of mutualism. And it will be the handshake, the symbol par excellence of Mutual Aid, to accompany it on the long road of solidarity.
