Villa Ottolenghi

Villa Ottolenghi Wedekind is a historic home built in the first half of the 1900s on the hills of Acqui Terme (AL) by Count Arturo Ottolenghi and his wife Herta von Wedekind zu Horst, painter and sculptor fully recognized among the avant-gardes of the early twentieth century. After crossing the gates of the Borgo Monterosso complex, the charm of the place becomes irresistible and inevitably infects every visitor.

The Formal Garden, the Well, the Studies, the Cisternone, the Walk along the perimeter of the complex; then the Graffiti, the Pergola of Glicine, the Swimming Pool, the Cellar, all stages of a journey of discovery that surprises for the attention to detail.

The temple is the singular result of an ambitious project; majestic and looming, the circular plan construction entirely in Candoglia marble, exceeds 20 meters in height and 18 in diameter. Sip our wines from grapes produced exclusively on the farm, close your eyes, their flavor will take you to our hills. Here quality is captured wherever you look. Quality of Nature, of Human Ingenuity, which still manage to amaze for their excellence.
