Although characterized by the canons of Eclecticism, it has multiple affinities with the Neapolitan floral style and follows the volumetric criteria of the villas built along the bends of the steeply sloping streets.
Among the characterizing elements we find the variable height according to the orography of the ground and the surrounding landscape, as well as the different rhythm of the full and empty spaces that mark regular rather compact shapes.
The four floors are two by two marked by cornices supported by shelves that frame stucco friezes; the shelves come back in support of the balconies which have lowered openings.
