Villa Rossi now known as Villa Parco Hotel Lzb Turismo srls, has an irregular plan with white plastered external walls. The various finishes are also plastered but cream in color.
The roofing is made up of several slopes and is made up of brick tiles. The building is located on two and a half floors plus a basement, for a total height of 7.5 m, an area of 201 m2. The area of elevance is used as a garden.
The villa is large in size. The main entrance is accessible via a small flight of stairs and is surmounted by a shortened and broken pediment. The windows on the first floor are rectangular, framed by a simple band that recalls the finishes of the whole building. The first floor is finished horizontally by several bands of the same color: the first is a string course with molding, the second connects the base of the windows with a round arch and cream-colored relief frame.
