Villa Margherita is a rectangular-plan villa spread over four floors, for a height of 12 m. It has an area of ​​245 square meters. The roof of the villa is a terrace, delimited by a balustrade with small columns.
The facade has an arched pediment, whose shape refers to that of the white-framed windows that mark the building, both on the ground floor and on the first floor. At the center of the main facade there is an additional ovoid-shaped window, with a mixtilinear decoration frame.
At the four corners of the building there are four pilasters whose capitals join with a string course with a white molded relief that runs the entire perimeter of the building.
