Rifugio Val di Fumo

The Valle di Fumo, a continuation of the Valle di Daone, turns out to be the most important valley by extension of the whole Adamello Group, Presanella. The hydroelectric basin of Malga Bissina and the basin of the Chiese river frame the route along an almost flat path, immersed in a postcard setting, certainly not to be missed.

The first part is completely flat and runs alongside the artificial lake built with the construction of the imposing dam, the second goes up a bit and at this point you find two possibilities that lead to the same point: taking the path on the right the path is more suitable for older children who love to jump on stones and have the ability to juggle a slightly uneven pavement; those who choose the one on the left do not find any kind of difficulty. What is certain is that the landscape is breathtaking: a beautiful and completely intact valley, where cows first emerge and then horses.

Fascinating are the many bridges found along the way, the larger, more solid ones, the small ones consisting of some trunks laid just so as not to get your shoes wet. What is certain that adults and children will continually spot some magical glimpses.
