The castle of San Michele is a medieval fortification that rises in the town of Ossana, in Val di Sole, Trentino-Alto Adige.
Owned by the Province of Trento, it has undergone several restoration works: the most recent were completed in July 2014.
Built on an otherwise inaccessible spur of rock, the castle is characterized by a keep of 25 meters and by the presence, inside, of a chapel consecrated to the cult of the saint of the same name. Open to the public, it hosts guided tours and events.
