Ferrari Cellars

Ferrari F.lli Lunelli S.p.A., in short Ferrari Cellars (Cantine Ferrari), is an Italian winery that produces Sparkling Wine - Classic Method for both the Italian and international market, belonging to the Trentodoc consortium which regulates its production.

The visit to the Ferrari Cellars is described by each participant as a unique and suggestive experience. It is possible to take the guided tour all year round from Monday to Saturday and, in December, also on Sundays.

It all begins with a short introductory film, during which the story of the cellars and the family, which has now led the company for three generations, is told. During the visit of about an hour, you are accompanied into the depths of the cellars, where you can admire an almost infinite quantity of bottles of wine and sparkling wine. The tour ends with a toast to Ferrari Incontri, a structure designed to welcome guests, where it is also possible to buy some products.

The company is part of the Lunelli Group, which includes the Segnana grappa from Trentino, the Tenute Lunelli wines, the Surgiva mineral waters, the Prosecco Superiore Bisol as well as Locanda Margon, a two-star Michelin restaurant.

Inside the cellars there are about 24 million bottles that refine on their own yeasts, for a period that varies according to the type and product line.
