The stage of Vigne Surrau is Gallura, precisely the easternmost part of this region, a few kilometers from the sea, a favorite land for the cultivation of Vermentino.
The cellars dominate over 50 hectares of land largely covered by vineyards.
Both the work in the vineyard and the harvest are manual and the proximity of the vineyards allows a rapid transit in the cellar where the grapes are immediately processed.
The varieties produced are the aforementioned Vermentino, Carignano, Cannonau, Muristellu and Cabernet Sauvignon.
To taste the wines, a guided tour of the Cellar is recommended, spectacular with its transparency of glass and wood grain, where the transformation processes of the grapes are made visible, proof of quality and genuineness.
