Since 1976 Angelo Martellato's family has been dedicated to the art of pastry with love and passion, paying the utmost attention to raw materials and concretely combining tradition and innovation. This philosophy was passed on to his son Domenico. Among his initiatives, aimed at meeting not only the taste but also the different dietary orientations of the customers, the development of an entire range of vegan and organic products: brioches accompanied by cappuccinos (oat or soy), single portions , desserts, biscuits, sandwiches, pizzas, savory pies.

The Da Angelo pastry shop offers a wide choice of classic and modern cakes for all occasions: graduations, birthdays, weddings and stag / hen parties. On the counter stands a vast assortment of mignon pastries, for a total of 50 different types always updated with the season. In the summer, the offer extends to ice creams and fresh fruit sorbets, the subject of delicious and attractive experiments by Domenico both in a classic and vegan way using only organic raw cane sugar. During the winter the pastry room smells of classic and vegan panettone and pandoro regularly baked prepared with fresh mother yeast. For breakfast or as a snack, hot chocolate with meringues or fragrant dry biscuits.
