Municipality of Padua, Palazzo Moroni

The Town Hall, now arbitrarily called Palazzo Moroni, is an imposing building complex made up of "palazzi" buildings from various eras connected to each other, where the municipal administration of the city of Padua has been located since the 13th century.

The famous Palazzo della Ragione, which until the end of the 18th century functioned as a court, and the Torre degli Anziani are part of the complex.

During the Venetian denomination the whole of the buildings was also called Palazzo Pretorio or as majoris Palacii.
