Villa Giustinian Morosini

Owned by the municipality, its buildings are now used as spaces for cultural activities (the main house housed the civic library until 2003). The park constitutes the public garden "XXV Aprile" and is in continuity with that of the neighboring Villa Belvedere.

The complex was built around the middle of the seventeenth century (it was completed in 1661) by the Giustinian family, already owner of the nearby villa Piarotto since the sixteenth century.

After going through a period of slow decline due to the decline of the family, in 1792 it was inherited by the Morosini "dalla Sbarra" who undertook a radical restoration. In the second half of the nineteenth century it became the property of the Marquis Paolucchi delle Roncole and, at the beginning of the following century, of Jacopo Monico.
