The International University of Art - UIA was founded in 1969, after the tragic floods of Venice and Florence, to make a contribution to studies, projects and interventions in the field of conservation of artistic heritage with the use of scientific and more advanced techniques.
Since its inception, the UIA has activated training and specialization courses for operators and technicians with a high degree of scientific skills and operational intervention skills in the field of restoration and conservation of works of art.
