Charyn National Park


The Charyn National Nature Park (in Kazakh Шары́н мемлекетті́к ұлтты́қ табиғи́ паркі́) is a national park established in 2004 by Resolution No. 213 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 23, 2004. It is located in Kazakhstan, straddling Enbekshikazakh districts, Raiymbek and Uygur of the Almaty region.

Resolution No. 21 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "On the enlargement of the territory of the Charyn National Natural Park", of February 6, 2009, has led to the enlargement of the territory of the park, which has thus passed from an area of ​​93,150. hectares at a height of 127.050.
