With its three castles, Alcamo is also named the city of castles: the Castle of Calatubo, recently acquired by the municipality and which will soon become the representative seat of the city, the Castle of the Counts of Modica whose name depends on the fact that the Counts of they were the owners from 1410 to 1812, and the Ventimiglia Castle whose last tower stands, isolated and legendary, on Mount Bonifato.

In the beautiful hamlet of Alcamo Marina, very popular in summer, it is still possible to admire the sand dunes. During the summer, Alcamo Marina is besieged by tourists, thanks to its three kilometers of beach in fine golden sand and also to the numerous holiday homes.
