Inaugurated on September 19, 1914 in Art Nouveau Style, the Kursaal Biondo complex, originally included a cinema-theater, a garden, a café, a restaurant, the billiard table, a loggia for concerts and open-air shows and several pavilions, is designed on behalf of the brothers Biondo.
It was designed by Ernesto Basile.
