Spoltore is an Italian town in the province of Pescara in Abruzzo. It is located on the Abruzzo hills near the Adriatic Sea, and has an extension of about 36 km².

It borders to the north with Montesilvano, to the north-west with Cappelle sul Tavo, to the east with Pescara, to the south-east with the city in the province of Chieti di San Giovanni Teatino, to the south with Cepagatti and to the west with Moscufo and Pianella.

The most important and populous hamlets are Villa Raspa and Santa Teresa, both incorporated in the urban area of Pescara.
