The design of the building presents an orderly classical architecture characterized by sober symmetrical elevations in which the ceramic frieze constitutes the innovative element in harmony with the fashion of the time.

The decorative arrangement of the villa depicts cherubs holding festoons loaded with flowers, outlined by a strong contour line, according to the diktats of modernist graphics, interspersed with geometric panels of clear Art Deco derivation.
